PTSA Officers Needed
The West Lake Middle PTSA is asking for parent volunteers to makeup the new slate of officers for our new board for next year. We need the following officers: President, Treasurer, Secretary, VP Fundraising. Please contact Sarinah Woodward our current PTSA president if you are interested in this opportunity.
End of Grade Testing Proctors needed
We are in need of your help with the End of Grade testing this year by serving as proctors. We do not have enough school personnel to meet the number of proctors required by the NC Department of Public Instruction. For this reason, we depend on the volunteer support of our parents. We are very fortunate at West Lake to have so many concerned and involved parents.

Staff Appreciation Week: May 9-15
Staff Appreciation Week is coming soon. If you'd like to volunteer your time, or donate materials, please visit the PTSA Staff Appreciation website to learn how the PTSA plans to honor WLMS staff and for a a sign up form. Since EOG testing falls during this week for Tracks 1 & 2, proctoring would be a GREAT way to show your appreciation!
